I too was in the same position as you 5 years ago. I did not have any running experience until 45 years of age. But I have come a long way and I have run a Marathon in 2018 50 years of age. Running has changed my life for the better in more ways than imaginable.
I know the ache and pains, the mental resistance, the mind conflicts of a over 40’s and 50’s and hence my running coaching is tailored to your needs. Today I run at least 100 miles a month and also motivated my husband to run and proud to say he is out shining me.
I am also certified Weight loss coach and hold a diploma in Fitness & Weigh loss.

0-2.5k Complete Beginners Group (6-8 weeks)
This is a 6-week 0-2.5k course for complete beginners and those returning to running after a long break. We’ll start slowly and gradually build up the time you run for each week until you’re running for 30 minutes or 2.5k
